R.P. Whelan, rider of Casla's Eagle, trained by Peter Fahey, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left under pressure.
At the request of the Raceday Stewards, D.P. McDonogh, rider of Rodeo Blues, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount lugged left.
109B Thomastown M'dnThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Raceday Stewards that Rolltight, trained by J.P. Murtagh, was a gelding and not a colt as shown in the passport. The Raceday Stewards fined J. P. Murtagh €130 in accordance with the provisions of Rule 148 (xii).
109C Ir. Stall. Farms EBF Vintage Tipple StksThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Floresta, trained by J.P. Murtagh, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
W.J. Lee, rider of Moody, trained by P. Twomey, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount leaned a little right late on.
R.P. Whelan, rider of Nuit, trained by Henry de Bromhead, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was short of room up the straight.
D. Browne McMonagle, rider of Snapretend, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was bumped by the winner, got unbalanced and was intimidated.
D.P. McDonogh, rider of Denim And Diamonds, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount suffered interference in the straight. Having viewed a recording of the incident and considered the matter the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident in the closing stages of this race involving Moody, ridden by W.J. Lee, and Snapretend, ridden by D. Browne McMonagle, where it appeared they came close together. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. W. J. Lee stated that his mount rolled right and there was minor contact but he corrected straight away. D. Browne McMonagle stated that his mount was coming back at the winner again but received a bump and intimidation which he felt had cost him momentum. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
109D Irish Stallion Farms EBF McCalmont StksJ.M. Sheridan, rider of Lemsairbat (FR), trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that he had to take a little check at the furlong pole. Having viewed a recording of the incident and considered the matter the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
109E Irish Stallion Farms EBF (Fillies) M'dnH.J. Horgan, rider of Venerini, trained by Michael Butler, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left throughout.
109F Follow Us On instagram Apprentice H'capJ. Kearney, rider of Neon Eyes, trained by Gavin Cromwell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran keen to the first bend and then got tight for room.
P. McGettigan, rider of Millhone, trained by Charles Weld, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was restless in the stalls.
J.S. Dalton, rider of He's Holding Court, trained by Andrew Slattery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left under pressure.
R.M Mulligan, rider of Honey Dale, trained by Paul Mulligan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that he had to take a check at the first bend.
The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident on the first bend involving Neon Eyes, ridden by J. Kearney, Beau Army, ridden by Reese Holohan, Cause I Like You, ridden by W. Joyce, and Honey Dale, ridden by R.M Mulligan where it appeared Neon Eyes did not corner well and may have caused interference. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. J. Kearney stated that he was taking back going into the bend but his mount was very awkward and dived left. Reese Holohan stated that he landed up on heels and lost momentum. W. Joyce stated that he maintained his line around the bend and left plenty of room on his inner. R.M. Mulligan stated that he received pressure going into the bend and had to take a check. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards did not apportion blame to any rider and took no further action.
